Padarn aims to look after it’s tenants with the same levels of professionalism and courtesy we afford to all our clients.

• We will help you to find the property that suits both your requirements and your budget
• We will ensure that the move in and move out process runs smoothly
• We will deal with your landlord as well as any utility suppliers, and take care of all the legal requirements

Should you decide to take a property with Padarn, we will require you to provide us with 2 references. (Students will need to return a signed and completed Guarantor Form.) We will require a months rent in advance as well as a deposit which is equal to one month's rent.

Your deposit cheque is held with The Deposit Protection Service (The DPS) until the end of your tenancy. It is then refundable, subject to the property being in the condition in which it was described in the inventory. To avoid any problems over this, a comprehensive inventory is carried out at the beginning and referred to at the end of the tenancy. This protects both you and the landlord.
